HARTFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Aetna (NYSE: ΑET) today announced that Floyd Green, head of Community Relations, will be recognized with the 2009 Sankofa Award at the Urban League of Greater Hartford’s 2009 Black History Awards Celebration.

“Floyd Green has been an outstanding member of the Urban League of Greater Hartford’s Board of Directors,” said James Willingham, president and chief executive officer of the Urban League of Greater Hartford. “Mr. Green has served the greater Hartford community with distinction, and continues to serve as a role model for our youth. We are proud to honor him with the Annual Smith Whiley Sankofa Award.”
